Chris’ teaches a wide range of classes to people of all ages and abilities and are all largely based around theatre, as this is the area that he works extensively in. His classes focus more on style, allowing each participant to get a flavour for various types of dance. His research and understanding of how dance has evolved over the years and varies globally as a result of political and social changes makes each student understand why each dance style is the way that is. For some, his classes are about improving the strength, technique and confidence of the dancer and for others it is merely about having fun and good exercise. Each reason is equally important.
